Let's go mumming! KADRIPIDU. Performers: Piret Päär and Cätlin Mägi
Stories are told by Piret Päär and music is performed by Cätlin Mägi.
Piret Päär and Cätlin Mägi have collaborated for almost a quarter of a century. This time, the programme presents musical stories to the listener—two art forms have become one whole, complementing each other.
Piret tells stories that have recently become dear to her. Storytellers know that it is not they who choose the stories, but the stories that choose them. Some come and stay, some move on.
Cätlin, in addition to jaw harps, bagpipes, and flutes, also brings along electronic effect pedals and a looper, with which the music is woven into the stories and interconnected.
The stories and music performed are especially fitting for the current dark autumn season of souls.
The St. Catherine's Day party is free of charge.
