Basket weaving workshop (1st study day)

Basket Weaving Workshop on October 3rd and 17th from 10 AM to 6 PM

We will weave small to medium-sized potato basket type baskets from full willow twigs. In the first meeting, the base structure (basket rings and framework, or "bones") and "end stars" will be completed. The faster participants may already begin weaving during the first session. The second meeting will be dedicated to weaving, and those who finish earlier will get an introductory experience in weaving with split flat twigs.

The workshop is led by Indrek Merimaa.

Participation fee: €5
