The Easter bunnies had previously hidden 365 decorated Easter eggs in Säde Park behind the museum, which families and other visitors who arrived started searching for. And there were unexpectedly many seekers. The Easter eggs were intended as gifts for the participating families and their loved ones to take home.

Valga Museum thanks everyone who helped make the egg hunt possible. We would especially like to extend our gratitude to the students, teachers, and other staff of Valga Basic School and Keeni School, who assisted with boiling and decorating the Easter eggs. Special thanks also go to the Valga Museum Friends Society, without whom the event would have lost much of its spirit.

We will try to organize the egg hunt again during the Easter holidays in the coming years.
